60 Aldgate is a landmark future office development near to Aldgate Underground station being delivered by a joint venture partnership between Rocket Properties and 4C Hotel Group.
Rocket Properties entered into a joint-venture partnership with 4C Hotel Group in April 2021 to develop 60 Aldgate, a 255,000 sq ft office building with a Gross Development Value of £450 million.
The signing of development agreement with TfL in December 2022 has enabled the proposed development at 60 Aldgate to come forward, with Q1 2024 the expected start date.
Designed by ACME, 60 Aldgate puts ESG and sustainability at the heart of its design whilst offering a sought-after location as well as the large, optimised floorplates demanded by modern occupiers.
This state-of-the-art scheme benefits from green spaces, both at street level and throughout the building, with an inside/outside design set to benefit all that use it. From its planted terraces to its air quality and the net-zero, emissions-reducing approach to construction, 60 Aldgate will be developed with the planet in mind. 60 Aldgate will target various green accreditations, including WELL Platinum and BREEAM Excellent ratings.
60 Aldgate High Street will be at the forefront of Aldgate’s growth as a prime business district within the City of London, pioneering new standards for sustainability and technology within the workplace.
