Gill provides financial advisory services to our property clients. For seven years he acted as Financial Director for UPP, market leader in the development and operation of student accommodation. His wide experience includes raising equity and debt funding, project finance, structuring, accounting, tax and financial modelling for infrastructure, student accommodation and mixed-use property assets. Gill’s focus with us has been advisory work on investment appraisals of property acquisitions, raising debt funding for the development of a mixed-use residential and commercial property, as well as refinancing existing assets for a variety of property clients.
Dan specialises in the technical and delivery aspects of our projects and is dedicated to ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget. With 12 years of experience in both office and residential sectors, Dan’s previous responsibilities included cost consultation and project management for construction consultancies of various sizes.

Amy studied law at Bristol University and gained her ACA qualification at PwC, whilst working in assurance and risk assurance. With a background that includes a list of high-profile London real estate clients, she has strong experience in numerical analysis, investment property valuations and cash flow forecasting.
William is a key member of the in-house reporting function and ongoing project finance for external clients. William has previous experience in the infrastructure and construction industries, along with out-sourced finance. This has given him extensive knowledge in financial and management reporting, systems and modellng.
