Garrick has had a long career both in Investment Banking and Property Development both in Australia and United Kingdom.

Tom is a Co-Founder of the business and specialises in the sourcing of new opportunities and taking them through the planning process. Tom’s previous experience lies in the development of commercial property in London and the South East with time spent as a property agent in St Quintin (now CBRE) and as a Developer and Investor with The Trevor Osborne Property Group.

As a Chartered Surveyor with 15 years experience and a Masters in Property Development and Planning, Andrew is responsible for analysing new real estate investment and development deals. As one of our Directors, Andrew also leads the team on carrying out investment analysis including property level due diligence, financial underwriting and performance monitoring for exisiting transactions.

Richard is a Chartered Accountant. He heads up the finance team and is responsible for the financial appraisal of all opportunities and the arrangement of financing of projects. Richard is responsible for managing the tax position of the group and all reporting requirements. Richard has previously held CFO/FD roles at similar asset management companies having originally spent 10 years in the Ernst & Young Real Estate Group.

Jamie has been a consultant to Rocket for over ten years. As the main lead on all construction activities, he has focused on overseeing the efficient delivery of our core projects.

Rahiem is a South African qualified Chartered Accountant, having joined in January 2022, after 5 years at Deloitte, with a focus on real estate companies. Rahiem’s primary focus is to provide financial analysis and reporting of the business. This includes all statutory and operational reporting requirements, as well as organisation-wide financial planning and analysis.

Jamie joined Rocket in 2019 as a member of the finance team and is currently studying for his ACCA. He assists with preparation of management accounts, year-end financial processes, and day-to-day financial management. Having previously worked in a leading accounting practice, Jamie has strong experience and knowledge in accounting systems, bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Nikhil joined Rocket at the start of 2021 to assist with the development and operation of financial models with a focus on cashflows and project feasibilities. Nikhil has a Masters degree in chemistry and previously worked at Santander as a Data Analyst in their Capital Reporting team. These experiences have provided him with knowledge of numerical analysis and complex problem solving within big data.

Clare offers support to our growing team with office management whilst also acting as PA to our Co-Founder.
