Designed by award-winning Architects MAKE, Provost & East is a stylish 82,000 sq ft office development at the heart of Old Street’s ‘Silicone Roundabout’, London’s technology cluster to rival San Francisco.

The design of the ten-story building is bold and ambitious: a 30×30 metre cube resting dramatically on a dark grey brick podium, providing a striking addition to the cityscape around.

Designed under the tagline ‘This is The Building Where Smart Lives’, the space will encourage east London’s innovative start-ups to collaborate in an inspirational environment. The design team incorporated wide-open terraces with lots of planting, to encourage opportunities to recharge in natural open spaces.

We anticipate completing this project by the mid 2018, with all ten floors successfully pre let.
