Back in the mid 2000s we identified a gap in the market for a hotel in the Old Street area. After agreeing a pre-commitment with Travelodge, prior to work starting on the site, we worked alongside Dexter Moren Associates on this grade 2 listed building. We sympathetically interlinked a new build section within the original façade.

As well as the 394 bedroom hotel, which was agreed on a 35 year lease, the 150,000 sq ft mixed-use development also features an additional 25,000 sq ft of retail space on the ground floor that engages with the City Road frontage.
