Atlas Helps to Deliver Neighbouring Kingsland Road Scheme

An Affordable Housing development for Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association has been completed at Kingsland Road, offering an affordable provision to the neighbouring Atlas scheme. The Atlas venture is being delivered by Rocket Investments and it will see the creation of an iconic, 40 storey residential development to provide a high specification private and affordable residential offering, as well as a generous public realm space for the whole community.

This exciting development will enable the delivery of 97 affordable housing units across the Borough of Hackney, with the first phase being the Kingsland Road development.

Speaking about how the Atlas development will enrich the wider community, Rocket Investments’ director, Tom Appleton said: “We are delighted that the first phase at Kingsland Road has now been delivered and we look forward to continuing to support the further community housing ventures of Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association.”
