Rocket Properties acquires prime Shoreditch mixed-use development site
Rocket Properties, the mixed-use specialist, has completed the acquisition of One Fairchild, 201-207 Shoreditch High Street, E1 from Highgate Holdings.
One Fairchild is a prime mixed-use hotel and office development opportunity in Shoreditch, located directly across from Shoreditch High Street station. Serving as the seamless link from the City to the Shoreditch triangle, One Fairchild is the pre-eminent gateway site in Shoreditch.
The currently unoccupied 0.482-acre site, which received planning consent in 2016 for a mixed-use scheme, has been acquired for an undisclosed price. Rocket Properties will announce further plans for the site in due course but will seek to create a best-in-class development that prioritises sustainability and technology, drawing on Rocket’s expertise in delivering innovative properties in the heart of London, such as The Atlas Building in Old Street.
